The world's first Android phone with Apple's lighting port ready

Iphone

You must remember that Ken Pillonell, an engineering student, performed a feat that Apple itself could not do. He opened an iPhone X, removed the proprietary lighting port, and installed a USB Type-C port.

He later put the iPhone up for auction, which sold for 86,000 US dollars, or more than 10 million rupees. A few months later, the same Pillonell returned with a new project. He has now replaced the USB Type-C port of the Samsung Galaxy A51 with a lighting connector in the reverse course.

Pillonell has posted a short video about his new project on YouTube. In it, he made the iPhone Type-C iPhone, the world's first Android phone with the exact opposite lighting port.

In the video, he simply takes a lighting cable from the iPhone and puts it in the modified Galaxy phone. He then said that the phone also supports data connection.

This stunt may seem absurd but it is a remarkable achievement in engineering.
